Holston Engineering has completed Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering and design for numerous restaurants both large and small over the past years.  We have the expertise to properly design your kitchen hoods and HVAC systems to provide a comfortable, code compliant, and efficient kitchens.  In addition to a properly designed working kitchen the main dining area in a restraint must be comfortable for the restraint patrons.  We have a significant amount of experience with restaurants in not only designing kitchens that work well, but kitchen designs that work in concert with a comfortable well controlled dining area for an outstanding dining experience.

In addition to traditional commercial restaurants Holston Engineering Inc. has experience with brewing and distillation facilities.  We can provide installation and utility designs for your brewing/distillation equipment which makes it easier for owners to install complex brewing / distillation equipment and get new facilities on line quickly to produce specific brands of spirits/beer.
